    Asharqia Chamber organizes "Saudi arbitration system" training program, at the end of the current week

    Asharqia Chamber presented by its legal consultants and lawyers committee will hold a legal workshop in cooperation with the Islamic and Arabic studies department in KFUPM. The workshop would be presented by Shaikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al khunayn, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars. It will be held on Wednesday and Thursday 11, 12 November 2015 in Asharqia chamber's main office.   
     
    The workshop would be held from 4 pm until 8 pm in Hamad AlQussaibi hall. This workshop is part of the educational meetings that the committee is organizing to raise awareness of the legal rights and responsibilities, as well as shed the light on the new articles and clauses of the  Saudi arbitration system.
     
    Lawyer Khaled bin Abdulatif AlSaleh, The director of the committee, mentioned that this workshop reflects the communication between the legal consultants and lawyers committee and the Islamic and Arabic studies department in KFUPM. The new articles and clauses of the  Saudi arbitration system would be put to discussion during this workshop, as well as any International arbitration that was subject to the Saudi law.  
     
    AlSaleh asserted on the importance of applying the new Saudi law to resolve any commercial or family disputes since these new amendments had made the laws very accommodating and flexible. He asserted the Saudi arbitration system is accommodating the current demands of businessmen and investors for new developments, especially that it is in tune with the regional and international laws. He called judges, lawyer, legal consultants and businessmen as well as all the economic sectors to participate in this workshop because it will be very useful especially in explaining construction contracts, franchise rights, and deputyship.
